Service Fees
We believe in clear, transparent pricing so you always know what to expect. We accept Zelle (our preferred method), Venmo, credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Psychiatric Evaluation:
$500 for 60 minutes (in-person or virtual)
All of our services begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, except ADHD coaching. This thorough assessment gives you diagnostic clarity about what's actually going on with your brain, whether that's ADHD, anxiety, depression, or something else entirely.
The psychiatric evaluation involves getting to know each other, discussing your current health status, medication history, psychiatric history, medical history, substance use history, developmental history, and social/familial background. Together, we'll formulate a working diagnosis and create an individualized treatment plan which may or may not include medication.
ADHD Testing:
$250 for QbCheck test + $250 for interpretation visit (in-person or virtual)
QbCheck ADHD testing is an objective, FDA-approved psychometric test available by provider referral for patients ages 6-60 years old. It helps diagnose ADHD as well as evaluate the efficacy of treatment.
The QbCheck test is completed remotely at home, and the interpretation visit can be done in-person or virtually. This comprehensive testing goes beyond basic questionnaires to give you real answers about whether you have ADHD.
Kindly note that an initial psychiatric evaluation must first be completed to establish care and determine if a referral for QbCheck testing is medically appropriate.
Medication Management:
$175 for 30 minutes or $250 for 45 minutes (in-person or virtual)
Specialist prescribing focused on what works for your body and lifestyle, not one-size-fits-all approaches. We adjust and collaborate with you to find what actually helps.
This fee also includes your provider's time spent preparing for your visit, documenting your care, and managing tasks like ordering medications.
ADHD Coaching:
Individual: $150 for 60 minutes (virtual)
Group: $75 for 60 minutes (virtual)
We offer personalized ADHD coaching through both individual sessions and inclusive virtual groups. Our work is collaborative and practical, helping you build habits that actually stick, strengthen time management and organization skills, and feel more confident and in control of your day-to-day life.
Coaching services are provided through a partnership with an independent business and are not considered licensed mental health services. Because coaching is not classified as a licensed healthcare service, HSA/FSA funds cannot be used to pay for these sessions.
Genetic Testing Interpretation:
$250 for the interpretation visit with your provider (in-person or virutal)
This visit helps you understand your unique genetic makeup and get individualized medication recommendations, ending the guessing game of what might work for your body. The test itself is billed separately through Genomind.
For more information on the cost of the test itself, please visit: https://www.genomind.com/resources/cost-and-coverage
Forms/Letters:
Brief documentation: $75-$100
Complex documentation: $150-$175 (appointment needed)
Includes provider-completed forms and letters such as accommodation requests, leave of absence paperwork, and gender-affirming surgery letters.
To allow adequate time for review and completion, requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
Missed Appointments:
As many people struggle to find care, it is crucial to give us at least 48 business hours' notice if you are unable to make your appointment so your slot can be given to someone else in need.
Missed appointments are $150.

Questions You Might Have
You're not alone in wondering about these things. Here are honest answers to questions we hear most often.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
We respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours (usually much sooner). We'll schedule a free 15-minute video call to see if we're a good fit and determine which team member is right for your needs.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, completely free with no strings attached. This brief conversation helps both of us determine if our practice is the right fit for what you're looking for.
What if I'm not ready to commit to ongoing treatment?
That's perfectly fine. Many people start with just an evaluation or consultation to get clarity about their mental health. There's no pressure to commit to anything beyond what feels right for you.
Why don't you accept insurance?
We don’t work with insurance because it limits the kind of care we can provide. By staying outside those restrictions, we’re able to spend more time with you, fully customize your treatment, and avoid restrictive outside interference.
It also allows us to be fairly compensated for the expertise and care we give, so we can continue showing up for our patients at the highest level.
What if I've had bad experiences with mental health providers before?
Unfortunately, that's common and part of why we started this practice. Many of our clients have had disappointing experiences elsewhere. We take extra care to listen and move at your pace.
